10th Annual Heart of a Woman Luncheon will celebrate the strength, courage and determination of Women, especially those overcoming abuse. This year’s Heart of a Woman luncheon will feature special guest speaker Lily Rose Lee, formerly Michelle Knight, the first of three women abducted by notorious Cleveland kidnapper Ariel Castro. She will recount the story of her years in captivity, her escape, and the powerful inner strength and capacity for hope that has helped her rebuild her life.
A silent auction at the luncheon, featuring jewelry, art, events, and luxurious vacation packages, will benefit AVDA’s life-saving services for survivors of domestic violence and their children. All proceeds from AVDA’s 10th Annual Heart of a Woman Luncheon will benefit AVDA’s 24-hour crisis hotline, Casa Vegso emergency shelter and transitional housing facility and AVDA’s outreach, educational and prevention programs offered throughout Palm Beach County.
Individual Reservations are $150 and Tables of 10 are $1,500. Sponsorship Levels are available from $1,500 to $25,000.
